In simple words
YaadRakhe helps working professionals save their work — the people they meet, the conversations they have and the follow-ups they need to do. We collect only what is needed to make the app work for you. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account and all your data any time.
What we collect
- Account: your email, name and password (password is stored in encrypted form, we never see it).
- Your work data: the people, notes, meetings, tasks, policies, properties, visits and follow-ups that you save in the app — depending on your workspace.
- Voice recordings: when you press the mic, we record your voice and send it to a speech-to-text service to convert it into text. The audio is not stored on our servers after the text is made.
- Device info: basic technical info (browser, app version, errors) to keep the app stable.
Who we share data with
- Lovable Cloud — secure storage of your account and your saved data.
- Google Gemini & OpenAI — to convert your voice to text and to read the text into structured fields (name, budget, location).
- We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
- See all your data inside the app.
- Edit or remove any record you have saved.
- Delete your full account and all data from Settings → Delete my account, or visit this page.
- Export your data from the Backup screen.
Children
YaadRakhe is meant for working professionals. It is not for use by anyone under 18.
